Characteristic of the products
There are three kinds of PTFE rod. Selecting dispersion polymerization PTFE resin and after cataplasm bulldoze, the rod whose diameter is 1mm-9mm is produced, selecting suspend PTFE resin and after extrusion the rod whose diameter is 5mm-100mm is produced; while the rod with diameter bigger than 50mm can also be manufactured by die pressing. In known plastics, PTFE has the best ability to anti-chemistry corrosion and medium performance, non-aging, non-sticking, and can be used under -180℃~+260℃ temperature without road, and it has the lowest friction coefficients in known solid materials.
Use of the products
The electrical insulation used under various kinds of frequency, the seal liner of various kinds of corrosivity medium. Antisticking materials, lubrication material.
